Practical information

A table

A stone's throw from the famous Alsace Wine Route, the Bruche valley abounds with generous restaurants where cold meats, cheeses, freshwater fish and tasty Alsatian dishes happily coexist.

Sleeping

The pride of the Bruche valley is cultivating the art of welcoming guests, nestled in the hollow of a valley or at the top of the Vosges. It is from generation to generation that we strive here to ensure the well-being of our guests.

Alsace by bike

Between Strasbourg and Colmar, on the banks of the river, through the vineyards, or at altitude in the Vosges massif, Alsace is a country that can be explored by bike.

Bivouac

The Bruche valley is an everyday invitation to explore the magnificent landscapes of the Vosges Massif, to walk, to get some fresh air... to simply go green. At dusk... here you will find spaces where you can spend the night under the stars in all simplicity and in harmony with nature, bivouac is an experience tolerated with strict respect for nature.

Bike services

La Vélo Bruche, which extends the route of the Bruche canal, now connects the Bruche valley to the Alsatian capital Strasbourg with nearly 70 km of cycle routes from Saâles.

Accueil Vélo

The label is a guarantee of quality, awarded to establishments located less than 5 km from cycle paths. It makes it easy to identify accommodation, restaurants, tourist offices, leisure sites and bike rental companies that meet the specific needs of cyclists.

Using GPX/KML files

The Bruche valley tourist office makes all the circuits available free of charge on the velo-bruche.fr website in GPX format. To use these files on your smartphone, you need a dedicated application.

Good practices and protected areas

Here you will find all the keys to respectfully enjoy the magnificent landscapes, sometimes classified Natura 2000 of the Bruche valley, and the infrastructures at your disposal. You will also find the tools to report any damage on our routes.
