The CRYM microbrewery, located in Lutzelhouse, produces terroir beers made from organic Alsatian barley malts and hops sourced locally and from elsewhere. These limited-edition beers are brewed with passion, changing with the seasons.
Our beers are unfiltered, unpasteurized, and additive-free, brewed with ingredients from our garden or locally sourced for a delicious and unique taste experience. Sales at the brewery are by appointment only.
