Farm products come from farms selected for their expertise. Each product is harvested according to the season, to ensure a high level of nutritional maturity. Farm producers ensure a regular presence at the store. What's more, a producer is identified behind each product, so you know exactly where your food is coming from, building long-term mutual trust between producers and customers. Prices are calculated as accurately as possible and pay the farmer directly, with no intermediaries - a win-win situation!
THE FARM STORE
Open on weekends, this is a real place of exchange, between farmers from the Bruche valley, the Vosges foothills and the Alsace plain, and the valley's inhabitants. The producers offer local produce at a single point of sale in Wisches. It's because they're close to home that the farmers deserve your full attention in offering you their products. By eating locally, you're supporting local farmers and actors, and you're making a choice about what you eat - it really is a short circuit.
